Absolutely beautiful, high quality, and Jamil/the seller is PERFECT! Their communication and customer service are absolutely fantastic. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for the shipping because it didn't arrive on time as promised. However, they went above and beyond to ensure I received it the next day. Absolutely amazing!

It was wonderful to be able to order custom size rug. It looks wonderful and I hope it will survive cat and dog using it everyday.
I would like to thank customer service for their attention; this is the most beautiful piece I have ever seen and I definitely don't want it to get damaged. I highly recommend it. They changed the color tones one by one for me and prepared the design I wanted specifically for me. This is a very special rug for me.
Product is beautiful and meets expectations. The seller designed it entirely according to my requests and created this soft piece that perfectly matches my room. I'm very happy and glad I ordered it.
The carpet is absolutely beautiful! It’s incredibly soft and the quality is outstanding. I love how unique and stylish it looks — it really stands out. Since it’s real fur, there is a little shedding at first, but after gently brushing or petting it a few times, it completely stops. It still looks full and fluffy
