• Original packaging must be intact
• Return request must be approved before shipping back
• Custom-made items (personalized sizes/designs) are final sale

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return approval and instructions
4. Ship the item back using our provided label (if applicable)
5. Receive your refund within 5-10 business days after we receive the item
